How do I update my email?

To update your email address on file, please contact Branch Support here with the following information: 

• First and last name on the account
• Last 4 digits of SSN
• DOB
• The new email address you would like on your account

Important to Note:

• There is no self-service option to update your email on file. All information requested above will be needed in order to make any necessary updates to the email on file.
