As of 3/25/19, the ability to upload an image of a schedule and have it process into the calendar page of the app is no longer available for purchase.
Overview
Getting your schedule into Branch is quick and easy! Before uploading, here are a few important items you'll want to consider:
Schedule Formatting
- Ensure correct dates and date ranges are provided.
- Include employee first and last names.
- Include start and end times with AM/PM clearly noted for each shift.
- Ensure all names, dates, and times are clearly displayed and easy to read.
If any of the above aren't met, our system may not be able to read your schedule and you may receive a text informing you why the schedule was rejected and requesting you to upload again.
Processing Time
After you upload an image of your schedule, our system can take up to 3 hours to process and load your shifts into the app. It's typically much faster, but during peak hours, our system can get bogged down. In order to confirm whether your schedule was processed, go to the Schedule -> Calendar tab in the app. Once loaded, you'll see all of your shifts on that page.
Using the Branch Mobile App to Upload a Schedule
Open the Branch app, go to the Schedule tab, and then tap Add Schedule.
This will allow you to take a picture of your schedule and upload it into Branch.
Using Branch's Web App to Upload a Schedule
Note: In order to upload a schedule into Branch using the web platform, you must have a picture of your schedule saved to your computer.
Login to the Branch website and select Schedule from the menu on the lefthand side and click Post Schedule.
