How much can I spend on my Branch Card?
As a 1099 worker, you can spend $5,000 per day and up to $5,000 per transaction using your Branch debit card. In addition, you can spend up to $20,000 per month. These limits apply to typical purchases, and do not include transfers out of your wallet or ATM withdrawals.
How much money can I take out from an ATM?
The standard transaction limit for cash withdrawal at an ATM with your Branch debit card is $400 per day. However, we allow 2 ATM limit increases per month of up to $1000. We do currently have a limit of 5 cash withdrawals per day, and 30 cash withdrawals per month (this includes ATM withdrawals as well as cash back from a retailer). The current monthly limit for ATM withdrawals is $3000.
How do I transfer funds from my Branch Digital Wallet to an external account?
Click the Move Funds option in the Wallet tab to transfer funds from your Branch Digital wallet to an external account. You can transfer funds instantly for a small fee by selecting the Debit Card option, or you can transfer funds for free using the Bank option. Free transfers process via ACH and take 3-5 business days.

How do I add my Branch debit card to Apple or Google pay?
Adding your Branch debit card to Apple or Google pay will allow you to make purchases before you've received your physical card in the mail! To do so, click on the settings gear in the upper right hand corner of the Wallet tab in the app then click Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Pay. Follow the instructions from there and verify using the phone number on your account.
Which ATMs can I use for free?
Free ATM access is available at Allpoint ATMs. The Allpoint Network allows Branch customers surcharge-free access to cash at over 40,000 locations. They're conveniently found in popular retailers — places you already know, love and shop every day. You can find your closest Allpoint ATM through the Move Funds menu in the app, or by clicking here.
The Branch Card also works at just about any ATM, with over 500,000 ATMs in the United States. Supported networks include Maestro, Cirrus, and Pulse. However, non-Allpoint ATM machines may charge a fee, which will be deducted from your account. Branch does not make any money off of these fees charged by the ATM machine. International ATMs are not supported at this time.
Can I use an International ATM?
As of right now, this is not supported. We will let you know if and when this functionality becomes available.
Are there any places I can't use my card?
You will not be able to make purchases at any merchants classified as an adult store, gambling related activities such as casinos, and pawn shops. In addition, using your Branch debit card for international purchases is currently not supported.
Can I use my Branch Card Internationally?

How do I get checks for my Branch account?
We do not currently offer checks for Branch accounts. We will let you know if and when that becomes available.
How do I pay a bill using my Branch Wallet?
The best way your bills using your Branch Wallet online is to provide your debit card number to your biller. If your biller does not support getting paid via debit card, then you may provide your Branch Wallet account and routing number to them. Note, you should have the capability to pay manually via the biller website or setup auto pay. If your Branch Wallet account doesn't have enough funds to cover the cost of the bill, then we will reject the payment. You will not incur any overdraft charge, however, you will need to pay your biller by some other means.
