- Your Savings Goal balance can't be used for new purchases or Instant Pay paybacks, so it stays protected.
- You’re in control. If you need the money you’ve set aside, you can move it back to your primary balance as many times as you wish—free of charge.
How to Add to Savings Goal Balance
- Navigate to the Wallet menu of the app
- Tap Move Funds
- Tap Savings Goal
- Follow the prompts to set a Savings Goal target for yourself, or tap Contribute and enter the dollar amount you want to add to an existing Savings Goal
- To edit or remove an existing Savings Goal, tap the pencil icon in the upper right hand corner
How to Remove from Savings Goal Balance
- Navigate to the Wallet menu of the app
- Tap Save funds
- Tap Move
- Follow the prompts to enter the dollar amount you want to move from Savings Goal back to your primary account balance
Important to Note:
- The Savings Goal feature is not a separate bank account and it doesn't have its own account number, so it's not possible to transfer money directly to Savings Goal from your paycheck or from another account.
- It's not possible to set up payments to transfer to your Savings Goal balance automatically. To transfer to Savings Goal balance, follow the steps above each time you want to move funds from your regular account balance!
- Your Savings Goal balance will be listed on your Account Statement so you can keep track of what you've saved month to month.
