Missing Hours
Organizations that partner with Branch, and utilize our Instant Pay feature, send us a file every morning that contains time and attendance information from the previous work day, and/or pay period for people in their organization. |

Have you received an error message stating: "No time and attendance information"? |

If so, please reach out to your HR/People Team, payroll administrator, or direct manager, as they will be the best party to determine why you were not included in their time and attendance file.
