Get started with quick payments to your preferred payout method by signing up for Branch Direct!
Open the link your workplace provided to you to sign up for Branch Direct on any device.
- Follow the link and then click Get Started.
- Enter your email address or phone number.
- Follow the confirmation link sent to the email address or phone number you provided.
- When signup is complete, you can connect your bank debit card for easy payments!
- When using Branch Direct, only Visa, Mastercard, or NYCE debit cards are accepted.
Issues with the signup link?
To sign up for Branch Direct, you must use a special link provided by your workplace.
- If you cannot locate the signup link, please reach out to your workplace for further help.
Not receiving the confirmation link to the email address or phone number you provided?
Confirm that the email address or phone number you entered matches the contact information your workplace has for you. If you are unsure of what contact information your workplace has on file for you, we recommend reaching out to them directly for further help.
- If you entered an email address, please check other folders such as Promotions/Spam/Junk.
- If you entered a phone number, check to make sure the text message was not filtered into a Spam or Junk section.
Important to Note: Branch Direct is only available through Branch partner organizations that have opted into this feature.
