Logging Into an Existing Account

Navigate to the Branch Direct login page: Click here

Enter your email address and password.

Click on Enter Info.

Enter the one-time login code sent to you via text message.

If the information you provided matches what we have on file, you have successfully logged into your account!
Forgot Your Email Address?
If you forgot the email address associated with your Branch Direct account, contact your employer or workplace for assistance. They can verify the email address on file.
Forgot Your Password?
- On the login page, click Reset under "Forgot password?"
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- You will receive a password reset email. Follow the link in the email to reset your password.
Note: If you do not see the password reset email, ensure you are checking the correct email account. The email may be filtered into folders such as Promotions, Spam, or Junk.
