If your location asks you to enter a Passcode (as shown below) you can do one of two things:
- Ask a Manager in your location for the Branch Passcode.
- Check with your payroll administrator to make sure you are on the roster that your organization sent over to Branch.
- Email our Support team at help@branchapp.com and include the following:
- Full Name
- Name of the organization you work for
- Employee ID (if possible)
