First, if the payback date displayed in the app is not the same as the date you'll receive your next direct deposit, please reach out to us here providing your correct pay date as well as some type of proof of your pay cycle. We'll verify and update the date as needed. Although unlikely, failure to notify us could result in overdraft charges from your bank if insufficient funds are available.
Per our terms of service, Branch reserves the right to charge your bank account at any time on or after the payback date shown. We do our best to avoid overdrafts, but in the event insufficient funds are available and a payback is issued, Branch will not be responsible for any additional charges incurred.
