What is going on with my account?
Haven't received my advance
App says I'm eligible for an advance but when I try to complete transaction, I keep getting error message "Unable to verify your account". What's going on. I can see all of my banking information and have met all requirements . I don't understand.
I'm having the same issue. My direct deposit is weekly and I meet all the requirements but it's saying that it can't verify my banking info ,even though on the nevt page it says " your bank meets our requirements"...smh...it's like when you need money these things happen just to make you realize how much better it would be to save your money and not go thru this stuff
I haven't recieved my advance also emailed customer service and no one has replied to me yet

From my experience with using the app which is only been for the past 2 months when I first connected my bank account because I had spent too much of my money right after payday I didn't qualify for an advance at that time I had to wait till my next pay cycle which was last week for them to decide if I qualified for an advance which I did but it was for only $20 .just like you when I first connected my account I was logged in I could see all my transactions my men all their requirements but it will tell you exactly why they're not able to offer to it on the next page and I'll show you like a red mark and I'll tell you exactly why if you're not seeing that that means that your your bank account is connected but it's not processing the information because you either don't have enough money in your account if you have less than a dollar or if you're over drafted in your account it doesn't successfully updated. And it's unable to store the transaction history correctly also if your direct deposits are inconsistent or are not actually employer direct deposits like PayPal or venmo then that doesn't qualify either if that's how you get paid. I don't know what the exact error message is that you're saying so I can't answer your question specifically but that's the best information based on my experience that I can offer you if you have any other questions feel free to email me rubinrachel7@gmail.com

This app takes entirely too long to process repayments. It took money out of my account 4 days ago and has cleared my bank, but app says it is still pending.
When is chat available with customer service I do not like leaving a support ticket takes to long for a response back I need my money

It's been more than 5 minutes and I still don't see the money in my account.
I've been getting direct deposit in my account for years...I shop online, withdraw etc and branch is saying not enough activity in 30 days. I signed up with branch fall of 2019 and never been able to use the app. It's been issue after issue. No help from branch support team.

This app has turned into a joke...I got paid on April 2nd which my bank account said the money was taken out....Yet my payment is still pending hmmmm why is that if you already got the money this shit makes no sense at all...3 days how if the bank already gave you the money so let's be real tell ppl this app is a joke its fast money with no guarantee that you will ever be able to take money out
PS. Hey geniuses of branch if you ever want ppl to refer others to your app you need more positives than negatives and right now I cant find one positive on this list
I cashed out my advance about an hour ago and still haven't received the funds... I chose the 3.99 fee method.. what's going on!?
