Q: How do I update my payback date?
A: We do our best to estimate the date you'll receive your next paycheck, and the payback date shown should match. Is the payback date in the app just one day off? If so, you can change that when requesting an advance on the Confirm Payback Date screen. Simply click the date displayed, then adjust it forwards or backwards by one day.
If we miscalculated your payback date by more than one day, please reach out to us here letting us know your expected pay date. If you can provide proof of your pay cycle, this will help us process your request more quickly. Once we receive that information, we'll review and update as needed.
