In order to verify your accounts, we push a small deposit (between 2-20 cents) to your debit card, and we review your bank account to ensure the transaction went through. That process can take up to 24 hours so if it's been running for a while, don't worry. It should eventually pass or fail. If for some reason it's taking longer than 24 hours, submit a ticket here, and we can review further.
If your verification failed, that typically means your debit card is associated to another checking account, or your bank blocked the transaction and we're unable to support your card. If you're seeing that test deposit on your end and the verification process failed, before editing your bank/card info, please submit a ticket here including a screenshot of the transaction on your checking statement, and we'll see what we can do to get that fixed!
