The Most Common Reasons Cards Become Blocked
1. Your card balance is below $1.00
Wait until you have a balance over $1.00 to try again.
2. You've entered something incorrectly (card number, CVV, expiration date, legal name, or exact billing address)
Verify all of this information with your bank before trying again. We do not accept P.O. Boxes as valid billing addresses at this time.
3. Your card is incompatible with our system (an error message will display stating that your card is not supported)
We can only verify Visa or MasterCard debit cards at this time.
How to Get Your Card Unblocked
To get your card unblocked, submit a form here with the last four digits of your card number as well as the reason why you think it got blocked in the first place.
Important to Note: We highly recommend reaching out to your bank to troubleshoot any issues before contacting Branch Support. Only external debit cards associated with a checking account can be added for transfers. Credit cards or Prepaid cards will not be accepted.
