Top Reasons for Card Blockage

1. Insufficient Balance: Ensure your card balance is above $1.00 before retrying.
2. Incorrect Information: Double-check the accuracy of your card number, CVV, expiration date, legal name, and billing address. Confirm these details with your bank as P.O. Boxes might not be accepted.
3. Incompatible Card: If your card is incompatible with our system, you will receive an error message stating that it is not supported. Please note that only Visa or Mastercard debit cards are compatible.

How to Get Your Card Unblocked

To get your card unblocked, contact Support with the last four digits of your card number as well as the reason why you think it got blocked in the first place.

• Before reaching out to Branch Support, we recommend contacting your bank first to troubleshoot any issues. It's important to note that only external debit cards linked to checking accounts can be added for transfers. We do not accept credit cards or prepaid cards.
