If your location is not yet in Branch when you search for it, you will want to go through the full location search process and submit a Location Add Request. We may follow up with you via e-mail if we need additional information, but if we're able to find proof that the address you submitted is a valid business location, we are typically able to process those requests in less than 48 hours. You will be notified when your location is in the system!
Is your company a Branch enterprise client? In other words, are they sponsoring the usage of Branch for scheduling or pay purposes?
If so, our best recommendation would be to find your Branch training materials in store or on your company's website for instructions on how to get signed up. Your location might have a different name in Branch then you would expect, or you might need to use the Use Company Account option in the app. You can also submit a ticket to our support team, by filling out this form, and we'd be happy to help.
