There are a few different reasons that you might see an error when logging in.
First, are you adding any characters or extra numbers to your phone number? Please make sure you are only entering the digits, and that you have the correct country code selected (i.e. 1234567890)
Second, it's possible that you were deleted from your location. Branch can restore your access, but we will need information from you, and in some cases verification from your employer, in order to do so. Please fill out this form to send an e-mail to our support team, and we should be able to assist you with this.
Finally, if you have a new phone number, that means there is not yet an account associated with that. If that is the case, please click here for assistance with that.
