Adjusting your payback date just got a whole lot easier. As you know, your payback date is based on your payday date. You spoke, we listened: we now have a new update that allows YOU to adjust your payday date within the app in case we got it wrong.
That means you’ll be able to adjust the date of your payday -- and ultimately your payback date -- a day earlier or a day later when you take out your next advance. Payday not listed? No problem, there’s an option to contact support and enlist the right one.**
Here’s how it works:
- On your next advance, select the Payback Date located right above the advance amount.
- You’ll be directed to the payday that Branch has detected and offered an option to payback a day earlier or a day later.
- Once you select your preferred date, hit Continue to complete the advance.
- Need a different payback date? Select Payday Not Listed to contact support and confirm the correct date.
Voila, payback date changed!
**Users can’t choose their own payback dates beyond a day before or the day after their next payday date. Payback dates cannot be changed on previous advances.
