Can’t take an advance because of a failed payback? Or something happen to your debit card on file and you want to make a one-time pay back with another one? The updated Pay Now function lets you do that!
You may have seen the Pay Now option because of a payback failure due to low funds or a blocked card. We’ve made paybacks easier so that you not only can pay with your current account, but also have the option to use a new debit card to complete payment.
Here’s how it works:
1. Click “Pay Now”: You’ll now receive TWO options to pay back your advance -- either through your current account on file or through another debit card you’d like to use. Selecting “Current Account” will attempt to complete pay back again as usual. But if you want to pay back with a new debit card...
2. Click “New Debit Card”: This will bring you to a page where you’ll type in your new debit card information for a one-time payback. To update a new debit card for ongoing transactions -- follow the instructions here.
3. Fill in the form: Input the information associated with that debit card. Once complete, click the Pay Now button again.
4. Confirm Payment Received: If the debit card has processed correctly, you should see the “Payment Received” notification and an email confirmation.
Boom! You’ve just completed payment and should be ready to take your next advance*. Check out the video below to see the process in action.
*As long as account continues to meet the spending/pay requirements listed here.
