We always do our best to accurately detect your pay cycle but we do miss the mark from time to time. That’s why we’ve launched the “Add Pay Cycle” feature -- a faster, more convenient way to ensure we’ve got your correct pay cycle.
Even better -- it can be done all through the app! Here’s how you can update your pay cycle directly:
1. Go to the Access tab and click on the Settings gear on the top right corner. Below the Connected Accounts section, you’ll see a new Pay Cycle section.
2. Within the Pay Cycle section, click “Add Pay Cycle.” Once you click the Add Pay Cycle button, you’ll be brought to a page that says “Please Verify Your Pay Cycle,” which will have a range of different pay cycle options to choose from.
3. Select your Pay Cycle and hit Save. Once you’ve selected your pay cycle, make sure to click save. Your confirmed pay cycle should then appear in the Settings section.
