You can spend $2500 per day and up to $2500 per transaction.
How much money can I take out from an ATM?
The standard transaction limit for cash withdrawal at an ATM with your Branch debit card is $400. However, we allow two ATM limit increases per month of up to $1000. We do currently have a limit of 2 cash withdrawals per day, and 30 cash withdrawals per month (this includes ATM withdrawals as well as cash back from a retailer). The monthly limit is $3000.
Can I still take Instant Pay advances before I get my Branch Card in the mail?
Yes! After you order your Branch debit card, you will be able to request advances immediately, assuming you qualify. You can use your Branch Digital Wallet and Virtual card until you receive a physical card in the mail, or you can transfer funds to an external card or bank account in the mean time as well.
How do I transfer funds from my Branch Digital Wallet to an external account?
Click the Move Funds option in the Wallet tab to transfer funds from your Branch Digital wallet to an external account. You can transfer funds instantly for a small fee by selecting the Debit Card option, or you can transfer funds for free using the Bank option. Free transfers process via ACH and take 3-5 business days.
How do I add my Branch debit card to Apple or Google pay?
Adding your Branch debit card to Apple or Google pay will allow you to make purchases before you've received your physical card in the mail! To do so, click on the settings gear in the upper right hand corner of the app then click Add to Apple Wallet. Follow the instructions from there and verify using the phone number on your account.
Which ATMs can I use?
Free ATM access is available at Allpoint ATMs. The Allpoint Network allows Branch customers surcharge-free access to cash at over 40,000 locations. They're conveniently found in popular retailers — places you already know, love and shop every day. You can find your closest Allpoint ATM here.
The Branch Card also works at just about any ATM, with over 500,000 ATMs in the United States. Supported networks include Maestro, Cirrus, and Pulse. However, non-Allpoint ATM machines may charge a fee, which will be deducted from your account. Branch does not make any money off of these fees charged by the ATM machine. International ATMs are not supported at this time.
Can I use an International ATM?
As of right now, this is not supported. We will let you know when this functionality becomes available.
Are there any places I can't use my card?
You will not be able to make purchases at Adult stores or for Gambling related activities. Using your Branch debit card for international purchases is currently not supported.

How do I send a check?
Sending checks is currently not supported, but will become available in Q4 of 2020.
How do I pay a bill using my Branch Wallet?
The most secure way of paying your bills online is to provide your debit card number to your biller. If your biller does not support getting paid via debit card, then you may provide your Branch Wallet account and routing number to them. Note, you should have the capability to pay manually via the biller website or setup auto pay. If your Branch Wallet account doesn't have enough funds to cover the cost of the bill, then we will reject the payment. You will not incur any overdraft charge, however, you will need to pay your biller by some other means.

How do I get a free instant pay advance?
Instant advances are free when you put the advance on to the Branch Wallet and use your Branch Card. Fees are only charged when moving the money from the Branch Wallet to your linked bank account.
