What happens if I see a fraudulent charge?
If you see a charge that doesn't belong to you, please call toll free (833) 994-0430 to report the fraudulent charge. You are protected by Mastercard's Zero Liability policy. We will provide you a provisional credit for the amount of the loss and issue you a new debit card which should arrive in the mail within 3 business days.
What kind of security is on the card?
Using your debit card is highly secure because it uses EMV Chip technology to prevent fraud. We also have fraud alerts turned on so if we notice any strange behavior, we will notify you immediately. If you notice charges on your account that are not yours, you are protected by Mastercard's Zero Liability policy.
