Yes, you can connect Branch to other apps!
Using Plaid to Connect Branch to an External App
To connect Branch to another app via Plaid, follow these steps:
- Select "Branch" from the list of banks that Plaid supports.
- Enter your phone number, then your PIN received via text message.
- Enter your Branch Wallet passcode (if you have one set up)
Check out the video below to see all the steps in action.
Connecting Branch to Another App without Plaid
If you're trying to connect your Branch account to another app that uses a system other than Plaid to establish the connection, submit a form here for further support. Make sure to provide the name of the app you're trying to connect to. Connecting a Branch account to a personal finance application (i.e., Quicken or Mint) is not a supported feature.

Important to Note: We have been made aware in several instances that our card is not compatible with all merchants/services like Cash App, Dave, and Zelle. We are typically unable to make any changes from our end to allow a merchant to accept, as that decision lies within the merchant's system and scope of acceptance.
