Your 6-digit passcode secures access to your account. If you need to reset your passcode, here is how you can do that.
Resetting your passcode while logged out:

Tap I Already Have an Account

Enter your phone number

Enter the code that was sent via text

Tap Forgot Passcode when prompted to enter your Wallet passcode

Enter your desired passcode
-
Confirm the new passcode
-
Check your email address on file for a reset link

Tap Reset Passcode in the email

This step must be done on the device with our application installed on it

Enter your new passcode when prompted in our application

Adjusting the "On Launch" passcode setting:

Navigate to the Account Tab

Tap Passcode
-
Tap the toggle switch next to On Launch to choose whether or not the app will require the passcode every time it's accessed.

When On Launch is switched on, your passcode will be required every time the app is accessed. We highly recommend leaving this setting on for security purposes.

When On Launch is switched off, your passcode won't be required to access the app but will be required for other tasks such as initiating transfers.

If you're having difficulties locating the Passcode Reset Request email, check all of your email folders (Inbox, Spam/Junk, Promotions, etc.), and/or try searching for "Passcode Reset" in your email application.

If something doesn't work as expected with these processes, ensure your app, and device, are up to date. Head to your device's App Store/Play Store to verify if an update is available. If you need help updating your device, consult the manufacturer.
