Upon activating your Branch debit card, you are required to select a four-digit PIN for the card.
To reset the PIN on your Branch card:

- Navigate to the Wallet tab
- Tap the three dots on the top right corner of the card displayed to open the Card Controls menu
- Select Reset PIN
- Enter a new four-digit PIN
- Confirm your new four-digit PIN
- Select Set PIN
Important to Note:
- You can also reset your PIN over the phone by calling +1 (833) 994-0430 and selecting option 4.
