Payouts for tips and/or mileage differ depending on where you work. Some organizations get tip payouts multiple times a day, where as some organizations only send payments out one time a day.
If your organization sends us the tips and/or mileage information once a day, you should see those funds in your account the morning after your shift by no later than 11am. Check your Branch Wallet page for those transactions each day.
It's the day after I worked a shift, and I haven't received my payments yet. What's going on?
If you worked a shift and haven't received those payouts within the expected timeframe, there are a few things that could be going wrong.
- Your supervisor may not have deferred the payment at the end of the shift. Reach out to your supervisor to make sure that they processed the payout on their end. Sometimes when the tips and/or mileage payouts are missing it is simply because your manager did not run their end of day processes.
- Your Branch debit card may be locked. Check the Branch app and ensure that you have your card set to active, and that everything else looks good in your Wallet tab.
- You may not be appearing on your organization's roster
- We may not have received payout files from your employer, or we may not have processed those files correctly
