In order to set up your Branch Digital Wallet, you will need to have already received a custom link from DDI directly.
Once you have received your custom link and have clicked it:
- You will be prompted to download the Branch App on your mobile device (if you don't already have it installed).
- Next you will be prompted to enter the last 4 of your SSN (this is a verification step).
- Lastly, you will need to follow the on-screen prompts and answer any questions that may appear to finish claiming your Branch Wallet.
- You will know when you are done setting up your account when you get to a screen with a balance listed in the top left corner (this is called the Wallet tab).
Important to Note: Once your Branch Account is successfully set up there are no additional steps you will need to take in order to start receiving payments from DDI in your Branch Wallet! If you continue to have troubles claiming your Branch Wallet submit a ticket here.
