If a worker has not yet created an account and is required to have an active Wallet in order to receive a payout you are able to create one for them.
- There are two options available to create an account:
-
- Bulk Upload: create accounts for multiple workers
- Create Single: create an account for one worker
Bulk Upload
- Navigate to the Create Accounts tab in Pay Admin
- Click the Create button in the top right-hand corner.
- Click Bulk Upload
- A pop-up window will appear where you can select or drag and drop a file that contains data for the worker's accounts.
- You can also choose to ship a personalized card for every worker on this file by checking the "SHIP PERSONALIZED CARD" box. This will invoke a sidebar.
In order for the file to process successfully, the formatting must conform to the provided template.
- A completed file may look like the below:
Important formatting considerations
- Worker IDs must be unique. It is at the administrator's discretion what the worker ID will be, but the value must be unique for each worker.
- All columns from the template must be included. In addition, all cells must contain data that corresponds to the column.
- The file extension must be .csv. Opening the file in software such as Excel may change the file extension, so it is important to export the spreadsheet to the correct file format.
Create Single
- Navigate to the Create Accounts tab in Pay Admin
- Click the Create button in the top right-hand corner.
- Click Create Single
- Fill out the requested information
- Once completed, click Continue
- Confirm the information by typing CONFIRM
- After you have typed CONFIRM, click Start Qualification
- An entry will appear!
- From here, you can click on the worker entry. This will invoke a sidebar that shows Account Details. From here, you can access a Magic Link for sign-up as well as their account and routing number.
