While the Branch app doesn't support direct check deposits, you can deposit checks to your Branch account using INGO , a compatible application.

Getting Started

1. Navigate to the Wallet tab in the app
2. Tap Add Funds
3. Tap Check deposit
4. Tap Download Ingo
5. Follow the prompts

Important to Note:

• Although we highly recommend utilizing this option, it's essential to understand that we are not directly associated with INGO. If you encounter any problems with the INGO app, kindly reach out to their support team at (https://www.ingomoney.com/contact-us/). Please be aware that there are fees associated with depositing checks to your Branch account through INGO, and these will be clearly outlined within the app once you create your account.
