If today is the expected posting date of your deposit:
- We post direct deposits to customer accounts as soon as they reach our bank, but until the deposits reach us we don't have visibility into their status.
- That indicates that we have not yet received the funds from the depositing institution. We suggest keeping an eye on your account through the end of the day and reaching out tomorrow morning here if you still haven't received your expected deposit.

If your expected posting date has passed:
- There are a few troubleshooting steps we recommend following if your anticipated payday has completely come and gone.
- Double-check the account and routing number your payroll admin has on file to make sure it matches exactly with the Branch account and routing number you see in the Wallet tab of your Branch app.
- Make sure you indicated to your payroll admin that your Branch account is a Checking account.
- There are a few troubleshooting steps we recommend following if your anticipated payday has completely come and gone.
If you are able to verify all of the information above, submit a ticket here with the following information to help us locate your expected deposit:

- Trace number – for the deposit that was sent (you will need to contact your payroll department to get this – should be 15 digits)
- Date the deposit was sent
- Expected posting date
- Exact amount of the expected deposit
