Can I Cancel a Dispute After it Has Been Initiated?

Depending on the status of the recovery, we may not be able to cancel the claim.

Use one of the following options to request to cancel a dispute in progress:

1. Respond to the confirmation email you received upon filing your dispute
   • The email will be from support@branchapp.com and will have the subject line “Branch Dispute Case” along with your case number
2. Call toll free +1 (833) 994-0430 to request a cancellation 

Important to Note: If you have been provided provisional credit, the credit will be reversed. If we are attempting to recover funds from the merchant we will request for the process to be canceled.
