To receive Instant payments:
- Follow the steps to set up your Nursa Direct Account.
- Once your Nursa Direct Account is set up, it will be set as your preferred payment method automatically.
- After working three shifts, Instant payments will start being paid to your Nursa Direct app.
Once the account is set up and the first three shifts are worked, eligible shifts are paid to your Nursa Direct app after you submit your Shift Report, all day, every day of the year — free of charge.

Nursa Direct is a business debit Mastercard and deposit account powered by Branch designed to pay you quickly—built exclusively for clinicians who use the Nursa App. You can use it to pay for purchases anywhere Mastercard is accepted.
Branch is not a bank. Banking services are provided by Lead Bank, Member FDIC and Evolve Bank & Trust, Member FDIC, which are Branch’s bank partners. The name of the bank partner for your account is listed on the back of your debit card and can also be found in the Branch App under “Your Account Information”. FDIC insurance only applies to eligible accounts should the bank holding your funds fail. Branch Mastercard Debit Cards are issued by Evolve Bank & Trust or Lead Bank, Member FDIC, as applicable, pursuant to a license from Mastercard and may be used everywhere Mastercard debit cards are accepted.
