Have you run into an unexpected error or received a message asking you to update our app? No problem! Let's ensure you are running the most recent app version for the best in-app experience!
Checking your current app version:
- Navigate to the Account tab in the app.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen.
- Under the Log Out option, you will see your current app version.
Updating your app:
- Navigate to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store on your device and search for BRANCH.
- Tap on the search result for our application and a preview of our app will be displayed along with other information like the current app version.
- If you see a button to update our app, tap that button to install the update. Then open our app again and enjoy the latest version of the Branch app!
