Important to Note: The app versions listed above are supported. If your app is not up to date, you will see a mandatory update screen that cannot be skipped, directing you to update the app through the appropriate app store.
How to Check your Current Version
- Navigate to the Account tab in the app.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen.
- Under the Log Out option, you will see your current app version.
Updating your App
- Navigate to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store on your device and search for BRANCH.
- Tap on the search result for our application and a preview of our app will be displayed along with other information like the current app version.
- If you see a button to update our app, tap that button to install the update. Then open our app again and enjoy the latest version of the Branch app!
Important to Note:
- Updating the app can often resolve minor issues. After updating, we encourage you to retry any actions you may have had trouble with before reaching out to support. This step may save you time and restore functionality!

The name of the bank partner for your account is listed on the back of your debit card and can also be found in the Branch App under “Your Account Information”. FDIC insurance only applies to eligible accounts should the bank holding your funds fail. Branch Mastercard Debit Cards are issued by Evolve Bank & Trust or Lead Bank, Member FDIC, as applicable, pursuant to a license from Mastercard and may be used everywhere Mastercard debit cards are accepted.
