You must belong to an organization that utilizes our On-Demand Pay functionality.
If you are unsure whether or not this is the case, check to see if you have the On-Demand Pay tab in the app. This tab is a dollar icon right at the bottom of the screen. If you see this tab, your organization likely utilizes our On-Demand Pay feature.
