- Do you have any outstanding advances?
- Do you have a negative/outstanding account balance?
- Do you have pending transactions?
- Are you expecting a merchant refund to your account?
- Do you have an open dispute?
- If you answered yes to any of the questions above:
- We will not be able to move forward with closing your account. We would recommend reaching out once you can answer no to the questions above.
- If you answered no to all of the questions above:
- Please reach out to us to have your account fully deactivated.
Important to Note:
- If you are wanting to delete your account due to the removal of On-Demand Pay (advances) or your employment ending with your organization, please keep in mind that you can continue to take advantage of the many benefits that a Branch account offers. Some of these features include no minimum balance requirement, no monthly/annual fees (no-fee checking account), up to two-day early pay, no-fee ATMs, and auto-budget.
