If you have an active Branch Wallet, you will need to reach out to Branch Support here in order have your account fully deactivated.
If you don't have an active Branch wallet, you can delete your account without Branch's help. To disconnect your bank and debit card accounts - toggle to the Account tab and select Instant Pay Settings from the list. From there you can select "Disconnect Account".
To fully remove your account after that. Click the dropdown arrow next to your workplace which is listed in the Account tab (it might say Unspecified), and select Manage Workplaces. Then click the Remove Workplace button in iOS or the trash can icon in Android next to each of your locations. Once all locations are removed, your account will be deleted. After that, simply delete the app from your phone, and you're all set!
