The Branch card does not support cash deposits at regular ATMs. However, we've partnered with Greendot to enable cash deposits at various retail locations.
Locating Greendot Location
To find the nearest retailer where you can load cash to your Branch Digital Wallet, use our convenient in-app Green Dot location finder:
- Navigate to the Wallet tab in the app
- Tap Add Funds
- Tap Cash Deposit
- Use the map to navigate to the nearest Greendot location
Depositing Cash
Once you have found your desired location, you will want to work with the cashier directly to add the cash to your account.
Important to Note:
- There is a fee associated with these cash deposits, which may vary depending on the chosen location. We suggest inquiring about the fee with the merchant beforehand to avoid any surprises.
- Funds are available within 15-30 minutes.

Branch is not a bank. Banking services are provided by Lead Bank, Member FDIC and Evolve Bank & Trust, Member FDIC, which are Branch’s bank partners. The name of the bank partner for your account is listed on the back of your debit card and can also be found in the Branch App under “Your Account Information”. FDIC insurance only applies to eligible accounts should the bank holding your funds fail. Branch Mastercard Debit Cards are issued by Evolve Bank & Trust or Lead Bank, Member FDIC, as applicable, pursuant to a license from Mastercard and may be used everywhere Mastercard debit cards are accepted.
