Payouts for tips and/or mileage differ depending on where you work. Some organizations get tip payouts multiple times a day, whereas some organizations only send payments out one time a day.
If your organization sends us the tips and/or mileage information once a day, you should see those funds in your account the morning after your shift by no later than 11:00 a.m. CT.
- To check your tips and/or mileage payouts, navigate to the Wallet tab under "Transactions"
If you haven't received your payment in the expected timeframe, there are a few things that could be going wrong.

- Your manager did not run their end-of-day processes after your recent shifts.
- There were issues in your specific location pulling the previous day's data.
- As a first step, we recommend reaching out to your manager to check on any issues on their end.
- If your leadership confirms that they did send your tips and/or mileage information to us, then you can reach out to us for further help.
