Tip and mileage payouts are processed directly by your organization. This means they may take some time to appear in your Branch Wallet, depending on when the organization sends them.
If your organization sends tip and mileage information once daily, those funds are typically available in your account by 11:00 a.m. CT the morning after your shift.
- To check your tips and/or mileage payouts, navigate to the Wallet tab under "Transactions"
Many organizations send payments within an hour or two, but it can take up to 24 hours. If you haven’t received your payout after 24 hours, reaching out to your employer can help confirm that your payment was processed.
