How do I Initiate an ACH transfer?

Initiate a transfer from your external bank's app or website.

1. Find the transfer option in your bank’s app or website.
2. Add your Branch account as an external account using your Branch account and routing number.
   • To locate your account and routing number, tap on the small "i" icon in the upper right-hand corner of your Wallet tab. (Some banks require a one-time trial deposit to verify your account. If so, it may take up to 3 business days for a trial deposit to appear in your Branch account).
3. Select your Branch account as the deposit and complete the transfer. (Depending on the financial institution or app the process can take 3–5 business days).

Important to note: If your bank asks that you enter the bank name you will enter our partner bank's name "Evolve Bank".
