What to do if you've requested multiple codes
- Wait 15 minutes before attempting to log in again.
- Tap Send code once.
- Give the code time to arrive before requesting another.
What to check if you haven't requested multiple codes
- Phone number format — Enter only the 10 digits of your phone number with no extra characters or spaces.
- Phone number type — Login codes can only be sent to conventional phone numbers. Numbers generated by apps (e.g., Google Voice, TextNow) can't receive login codes.
- Phone number on file — If the phone number on your Branch account is no longer yours, the code is being sent to your old number, not your current one. This happens after switching carriers or getting a new number. See How do I update my phone number? for next steps.

The name of the bank partner for your account is listed on the back of your debit card and can also be found in the Branch App under “Your Account Information”. FDIC insurance only applies to eligible accounts should the bank holding your funds fail. Branch Mastercard Debit Cards are issued by Evolve Bank & Trust or Lead Bank, Member FDIC, as applicable, pursuant to a license from Mastercard and may be used everywhere Mastercard debit cards are accepted.
