Logging into the Branch app is simple once you've downloaded it to your device. Follow these steps:
Logging In
- Download the Branch App on a compatible device
- Tap I Already Have an Account on the home screen
- Enter the phone number associated with your account and tap Continue
- Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your phone
- Enter your wallet passcode and tap Continue
- Success! You’re now logged into your account
Important to Note
- The app is compatible with Android 16 and newer, and iOS 26 and newer.
- To ensure account security, if you do not have access to your phone to log into your account, please contact us.

Branch is not a bank. Banking services are provided by Lead Bank, Member FDIC and Evolve Bank & Trust, Member FDIC, which are Branch’s bank partners. The name of the bank partner for your account is listed on the back of your debit card and can also be found in the Branch App under “Your Account Information”. FDIC insurance only applies to eligible accounts should the bank holding your funds fail. Branch Mastercard Debit Cards are issued by Evolve Bank & Trust or Lead Bank, Member FDIC, as applicable, pursuant to a license from Mastercard and may be used everywhere Mastercard debit cards are accepted.
