Troubleshooting Debit Card Connection Issues
If you're having trouble connecting your debit card, here are some of the most common reasons why it might not be working and what you can do to fix it.
Common Reasons Your Card Won't Connect
- Insufficient Balance: Your card must have a balance of at least $1.00 for us to verify it. Make sure you have at least that amount before trying again.
- Incorrect Information: Double-check the card number, CVV, expiration date, and billing address. Make sure the name on your card matches the name on your account exactly. If you're unsure, confirm these details with your bank.
- Incompatible Card Type: Only Visa and Mastercard debit cards linked to a checking account are supported. We cannot accept prepaid cards or credit cards. If you see a message saying your card is not supported, it might be one of these types.
If you're encountering issues connecting your debit card, we recommend the following:
- Ensure you have sufficient funds in your external account.
- Double-check your card information.
- Try connecting a different card.

- It's important to note that only external debit cards linked to checking accounts can be added for transfers. We do not accept credit cards or prepaid cards.
