Top Reasons for Card Blockage
- Insufficient Balance: Ensure your card balance is above $1.00 before retrying.
- Incorrect Information: Double-check the accuracy of your card number, CVV, expiration date, legal name, and billing address. Confirm these details with your bank as P.O. Boxes might not be accepted.
- Incompatible Card: If your card is incompatible with our system, you will receive an error message stating that it is not supported. Please note that only Visa or Mastercard debit cards are compatible.
How to Get Your Card Unblocked
To get your card unblocked, submit a form here with the last four digits of your card number as well as the reason why you think it got blocked in the first place.
Verification Code Not Received
If you don't receive the expected verification code, follow these steps:
Send a text message to the phone number 1 (612) 662-4975 using the single word: START.
If everything progresses as anticipated, you will receive a confirmation message indicating your successful subscription.
Once you receive this confirmation, please proceed to re-attempt adding or editing your card within our app.
