Once you have received your Instant Card, you can activate it using the app!
Important to Note:
- Replacement Instant Cards are available for select organizations. Please contact your employer to check if you're eligible for a replacement card.
- If you are signing up for Branch for the first time and trying to activate an Instant Card, please see: How do I activate my Instant Card during signup?
To activate a new Instant Card after signup or replace an existing card:
- Navigate to the Wallet tab.
- Tap the three dots on the top right corner of the card displayed to open the "Card Controls" menu.
- Tap Order Replacement Card.
- Tap Activate a card when prompted.
- Scan the QR code on the paper flyer that was included with your Instant Card.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to activate your card.
No QR code? No problem!
If you no longer have the paper flyer that came with the card:
- On the "Activate Card" screen, tap on Use manual activation instead.
- Enter the information on the back of the card exactly as it appears on the back of the card when asked for the "Name on card" (i.e., Dominos Emp 1234).
- Enter the last four digits of the card number.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to activate your card.
