If you no longer have access to the phone number on your Branch account, follow the steps in How do I update my phone number? to update it.

Make sure you have a stable network connection or are connected to Wi-Fi.

Check with your service provider

Contact your mobile provider to check for blocked numbers or spam filters that may be preventing you from receiving the (OTP) verification code.
