Use one of the following options to request to cancel a dispute in progress:
Respond to the confirmation email you received upon filing your dispute.
- The email will be from email@example.com and will have the subject line [Branch Dispute Case #1234567].
- Call +1 (956) 625-9896 to request a cancellation
Important to Note: If you have been provided provisional credit, the credit will be reversed. If we are attempting to recover funds from the merchant we will request for the process to be canceled.
