If you need clarification on why the dispute was denied, you can contact Branch Support for more details on the decision.

Contact the Merchant Directly:
If the dispute was denied, consider reaching out to the merchant directly to try to resolve the issue. Often, merchants can offer refunds or other solutions.

Appeal the Decision:
You may be able to appeal the denial by providing new or additional supporting documents that strengthen your case.- Appeals must be submitted within 30 days of the date your claim was denied.
- Appeals requested after 30 days will not be accepted.
